Twitter worth joining ??

ok i've heard about this on the news,websites and in magazines so is it really worth all the hype >??

i'm not much for social sites but can Twitter be any different then myspace or facebook??

I don't even see the point of Facebook. It's just like MySpace, except newer and with more bells and whistles. They're all the same IMO. Why do we all need more than one personal web page?

I have a Twitter account. It's fun, it's good for quick conversations (or long ones with short responses), you can follow celebrities/bands/politicians/etc. on it and see what they're up to as they post, and it keeps people from spam-updating on FaceBook. (That is the biggest Pain In The Ass ever. Even my room is nothing in comparison to the people who won't stop updating. *twitch*)

(Also, FaceBook's current layout? The status updates are soooooo ripping off of Twitter's...)

It's not worth joining because it'll be obsolete very soon. It'll be replaced with Worder, which lets you post one word messages. Then that'll be replaced with Moaner, which lets you post moans on your profile. Then that'll be replaced with Breather, which will let you breathe messages. Then that'll be replaced with Blinker, which lets you blink your messages. Then our brains will be so atrophied that we'll be defenseless against the wolf packs that will come and devour us.
