I don't know if the way I said it in swedish accurately conveys the tone though

PS. you should watch BSG2003 - you won't regret it. It started with a mini-series (a 3 hour long movie, like an "episode 0") then thanks to its success it spawned a TV series of its own
It's also sci-fi but a (very) different type of sci-fi. Much "darker" than SG1/SA, to start with
I've come to appreciate it a lot, and although SG1/SA is still my favorite (and always will be, probably) BSG2003 comes a close second. The 2 shows complete each other quite well, IMO

The series is shown here in Sweden now, but I think I have missed too much to understand anything… or maybe not… guess I’m going to find that out next week

No don't watch the latest episodes ! it'll spoil all the rest and you won't understand much anyway - current season is s3, you've missed the prologue (miniseries) AND the first 2 seasons, that's way too much...

try to watch at least the miniseries (very important) and key episodes of s1 & s2 (not all episodes are critical to the storyline)

We are only on the first season here, Sweden is a bit after… always… but I will try to find what I have missed…

Actually the "normal" wording in english would be "so we all say" - but the way it is worded here ("so say we all") gives it a completely different tone & significance - much more formal & solemn, almost "ceremonial"
