Thanks, h, the infection seems to be clearing now, and I'm really trying hard to equalise my ears so I can get my certification next weekend. The doc recommended decongestants, and nasal sprays, but I'm not risking water in my ears until I finish my antibiotics and steroids, so I'll try it all out the middle of the week. *sigh* Such a palaver. On the other hand, I've got me a spanking new mask and snorkel to use, so I can get to grips with equalising in the pool.
