And what do you mean it's burned? Do you mean that person didn't have the prize dragon and the scroll was burned because they lied? Or they had the dragon and it was burned for some other reasons?

I've got no clue why the scroll is burned. Frankly spoken I saved the scroll-page out of curiosity to see the new dragon When I entered the page yesterday I found out that the scroll is burned. I am confused as well....
