you just need to blend it a bit better. the colors on the replaced wall are too even.

use the healing brush or clone brush to 'pick up' some of hte existing color and pattern on the wall and make your paint over mesh a bit more

other than that, it looks good and, as it is, not likely something someone would notice unless they were looking for it

Looks pretty good, aside from what Skydiver said. I wouldn't notice it if I weren't looking.
