Y'all are too funny! Its been a while since I've posted in here. Just thought I would check to see how everyone is doing.

My life took a dramatic change. I was inspired by a friend of mine who adopted one of her students to adopt a child. I started the process in early 2016. By September, I was approved to adopt. Then in January of this year a child was placed with me. We finalized the adoption in June. It has been a wild ride!

Ya know...my birthday is on October 15th. Since I'll be out of town the weekend of my birthday, my friends want to do the whole dinner and bar hopping this Saturday. I guess I'm getting old or having a kid is making me responsible, but I have no desire to go near a bar or club.

Cause I'm surprisingly good with kids -- I'm a magnet though I really don't get why they think I'm so fascinating.
