I know they cry. And I know I'm a nag for keeping them in. I just hate to hear when they get lost or something bad happens to them. That's all. I don't really mean to nag.
I just want to protect them. Look at this precious baby...
I agree! No cats on the kitchen counter! The counter on which Spot was photographed is actually a work surface at my husband's business. So, it's more like the cat was on a desk instead of a counter.
Which reminds me that I need to refill the autofeeder, if I don't want to be wakened at 6 am since I'm off work tommorrow and want to sleep in a little!

Some people have a way with words. Others not have way.
I feel like my mornings are like this sometimes. Usually I wake up draped in cats.
That's my mornings everyday (usually starts at 5:30am) except I have 7 cats performing the ritual. First they go on the dining room table and start knocking things down. Then they run to the bed to see if they woke me up. If they think I'm up they sit on my chest (some of my cats are 10lbs and up) meowing at me or they sit along side of me, hitting me to get me up. If that doesn't work, they start chasing each other and get into hissing competitions so they can really annoy me. They are lucky I love them so much because they would go out the door, in most people's houses (that's why I stuck with them)
