Italian Hot Chocolate

• 1/2 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
• 1/3 cup sugar or Splenda sugar substitute (adjust to taste)
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• 2 cups water
• 1/2 cup powdered milk
• 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Whipped cream

Stir on low heat until all ingredients are blended. Pour into coffee cups. Add dollop of whipped cream (optional)
Serves 4
