Here are two of my favorites

Ubernachos

Nacho cheese doritos, spread frito-lay jalapeno cheddar dip on them, add a bit of pepper jack on them, put in the microwave to melt the pepper jack, and voila.... incredible nachos. It may sound nasty using the doritos, but they're amazingly good


My as-yet-unnamed-chicken sandwich

Deitz&Watson Buffalo Chicken, Peppered Thick Cut Bacon, throw on the foreman grill, heat it until bacon is cooked, then add some pepper jack, grill until melted, then put it on your choice of bread (the pesto asiago my wife brings home from work is amazing), grill for 15 seconds, then enjoy

Or cheese and crackers.


Or nachos with sour cream and salsa.

Popcorn with this one oil, I don't know what it's called but it makes it taste just like the kind in the movies but with less salt.

Mountain Dew and Root Beer

Chips / nachos are also good.
