Yeah for a new tourney, except I have absolutely no idea about the music you guys are posting.
LOL! I'm also older than Callista.
I'm exactly the same. Can I just sing all my nominations? lalalalalalalala
Since I have no idea who to nominate, I'll second your songs *just so everyone can see I've posted something!*

OK, then I'm 21 with 10 years of experience.... I can definitively live by that!!
The problem is that all those years of experience play against me iknowing the songs you all children are nominating!
Here are the ones I know and like:
- Collide (Howie Day)
- Here with me (Dido)
The only ones I know.... I feel sooldexperienced...
Most of the songs I nominated only came out in 2005/6. I was almost afraid that I wouldn't find anything from this decade on my computer.

Here's some links for songs that needs seconding. Unsure if someone else already post links, but stupid me, didn't click on them. **sighs** I really should go back and click on some links being offered.
"Facedown" by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus
http://boss.streamos.com/wmedia/virg...eid=purevolume
This is the first time I've seen this vid and the first time I saw what they look like. They look so young!
Cowboys From Hell - Pantera
http://youtube.com/watch?v=FV2xVvJddxY
This is the first time I heard this song. I know I've heard something by Pantera but I can't remember what song. I kinda like this song.
Held by Natalie Grant
http://youtube.com/watch?v=W1qivghgnnc
Again, this was my first time listening to this song, but I would second this song if I had any votes left. **goes off to find song for computer**
Home by Michael Buble
http://youtube.com/watch?v=TQM1Qs857xc
I love Michael Buble! I would second this song as well! He has a very nice voice. One of my favorite songs of his is "Quando, Quando, Quando" with Nelly Furtado.
Fake Tales Of San Francisco - Artic Monkeys
http://youtube.com/watch?v=j2b0AwWt3uI
This link is for Kliggins if Kliggins wants to listen to this song. Also first time hearing it, but I like it.

Blessed - Martina McBride A very Christian song, although it's on a Country label. (and I LOVE it!!!)
Have You Forgotten? - Daryl Worley To get the full impact of this song, it really helps to be American... *sniffle* (I sorta have a love/hate thing going on with this song - it makes my proud and it makes me cry)
Travelin' Soldier - Dixie Chicks This one's sad, too (and very romantic)... The song is about an American soldier, but can apply to any soldier, really.
Whiskey Lullaby - Brad Paisley featuring Alison Krause (did you already post this, Adrianne? Oh well...) It's like, your classic Country "done me wrong song". The harmony is very beautifull!! (there's also a BSG fan video with that song, if anyone cares)
Hurt - Johnny Cash It was written by a guy from Nine Inch Nails (if you've ever heard of them). It's a pretty moving song about regret in life, starting over, second chances - that sort of thing, I guess. Which is sad, because soon after he sang that song he died... (RIP, John )
Well, it was fun looking for all these songs. I hope you all enjoy them. (I might do more, later)

Okay. Whew! This is going to take awhile ... The Hangmen thread is going to Hang me.

I love all kinds of music (mostly) so I listen to a huge variety. I'm not a huge religious person and so don't listen to much Christian music, but I'm always suprise to find out that I have songs by Christian bands on my computer. I feel in love with singer so thus I tried to find all of her songs I could find. When I was looking her up, I find out her songs were talking about God.
Me and Charlie Talking by Miranda Lambert She is so freakin' pretty!
Kerosene by Miranda Lambert
(Ainty, I absolutely ADORE Over My Head by The Fray )
Every Mile A Memory by Dierks Bentley
(Oo it looks like Gary Allan has a new CD out?!
Myn, have you heard Nickajack Cave (Johnny Cash's Redemption) by Gary Allan??)
And then for Christian Pop ... I have more than these but I was able to find videos for these:
Getting Into You by RELIENT K (This song reminds me of my call to be a nun when others ridicule me for it and don't understand ...)
Believe by Andy Chrisman
Okay ... Time to move on

No, right now, that's not possible, but we'll see later on. We only have half the songs nominated right now, and nominating ends tomorrow, so keep an eye on the thread for any last minute bonuses.(And extra vote, a free pass for a song, etc.)46-43! and 45-44! and 49-22-11!!sigpic
