A QOTSA fan... nice! Out of curiosity, you seen the Monsters in the Parasol video? Classic. And bizarre.
Dillinger Escape Plan's Cover of Rebel Yell (Billy Idol )
The synth bit is played by guitar... genius.
Aye. Have been for quite a while. I went to see them in Glasgow a few years ago. OMG! And thanks for the link. Y'know, to this day, I haven't seen the video for that song. LOL at the way he/she was walking. All prim and proper.
btw, I'm still a fan of the original Rebel Yell. Maybe that's just me showin my age. Think I've heard Dillinger Escape Plan's cover though.

ETA: Now watching Queens of the Stone Age
QOTSA live... the only thing that could be better than that would be if when you saw them it was Dave Grohl on drums... Beast! That reminds me, have you heard their self-titled first album? I was debating whether to buy it but i wasn't sure if it was any good or... *shrugs*
Aye, i completely agree, the original Rebel Yell's much better but i just love the guitar in that version, especially the solo. I remember i saw a clip of Billy Idol performing Rebel Yell at download one year, t'was cracking. Shame he couldn't wear a shirt though.
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Simple Man
EDIT: Whoa, whoa, whoa... where'd that radioactive jello come from? i thought it was 200 for each of those? Ah well, when in Rome...

Well, when I did see them, The Foo Fighters were on the same bill. Unfortunately, he didn't play on any of QOTSA's Songs For the Deaf tracks.
Their first album. Um... can't say I've heard the full album, apart from a track or two. I'll have to hunt it down, so I can try before I buy.
