So I've sent them a rather unfriendly email informing them I'm not a bot and neither is the credit card which is paying for my account so they'd better sort it. Gggrrrr

Thats probably because most of your enteries are for friends only, they ony show up for the person that LJ belongs to!

Renew your IP address. Either A) It will keep the same address and you'll remain a bot, or B) You get a new address and you're no longer a bot.

It's not you, it's their server. Someone who had the IP address before you had botted. You can also make the claim that there's spyware that was doing it. If that fails, sue.

You could always try Blogger if nothing works out.
