    Yeah. It's weird to me though. A few of years before I got my license, the legal age for a full license where I live was 15.

      "Tornado Ally" I've seen many programs about it.

      There was a tornado in the UK last year that I think hit Birmingham that was comprable to a small US one (big news for us).

            It worked around here. The whole state is pretty much a rural area. A lot of kids start learning to drive by age 10 or 11. By 15, most kids already had a few years of experience.

                down south. where my cousin lives, kids drive

                  We have similar laws in Massachusetts. You can't drive with anyone under 18 as a passenger until you turn 18 yourself. I think you also can't drive by yourself between midnight and five AM. I can't recall as the laws obviously don't apply to me. You can get your license by 16 1/2. Technically though it's not a "full" license until you're 18.

                          Mississippi. Kids generally stick to backroads. Some kids drive better than the adults around here...
