Had to go buy a new phone yesterday. They made me leave the store to activate the new phone at home, by myself, alone. I called tech support. Did not go well. Can hardly talk today due to my screaming in rage and frustration. I am definitely NOT feeling any WINZ today. (Verizon SUCKS their own balls.)

Hey, they already sold you the phone. Why waste more time on you when they could be selling to the next prospective victim? These folks are paid on commission; they make money selling, not helping.
