Just what we need. Another show about White Privilege Overreach.

      Should be interesting.
I tell you Teal'c, hockey is the coolest game on Earth!

Did you not say it is played on ice, O'Neill?

Yeah, that's not what it is about at all.

Watched the first episode. Production values are good but I was pretty bored by it, and this is coming from someone fascinated by the Texas Revolution.

Hopefully it gets better. I think the series did a serious disservice by not showing the Battle of the Alamo though.

The recent episode was pretty disappointing as well.

            Spoiler:
Why the hell would they introduce a family, with the father played by a well respected actor (Thomas Jane) only to kill them all off in the same episode? What was the point only to show the Comanches killing people?

It makes me think they were supposed to be in the earlier episodes but their scenes were cut for time, and then all we got of them was in episode three.

Overall this has been pretty disappointing so far. It feels like they tried to make it too big with too many subplots. If it were a full series about the history of Texas then it would be a bit better but so far it just doesn't click with me.
