In the US, Mr. Ed isn't as forgotten as some of these others.
If we're reaching way back, though, does anyone other than me remember Run Buddy Run?

It's extremely obscure, on for a single season almost 50 years ago. I was in first grade at the time, and I loved the show. I remember being really disappointed that it was cancelled.

I don't think I agree that Dick Van Dyke, Father Knows Best or My Three Sons are shows time forgot. They were all (for their time) long running shows that were subsequently syndicated.
The rest of those I agree are forgotten.
