NCIS : Discussion, spoilers and everything else ....
With 16 years of the show, the guest stars number in the hundreds if not thousands. So an episode number or name would do wonders to figuring out just which one you are talking about
Whats this about Michael Weatherly being accused of sexual misconduct?
There was a new actress that was going to be a regular and eventually become Michael's love interest on the show (Eiliza Dushku formerly on Buff). When she showed up on the set, Michael made what some consider a sexist comment about her that she found offensive. She complained about it and was removed from the show. She then sued the company because she lost what would have been five years worth of wages had the show continued, and she won. Michael issued a sincere apology for causing her any discomfort. See article below for story.
IMO, that's just rumor mongering to try and increase the ratings. That said, I think if he wants to leave, it would be nice to have a character go out for a non-traumatic reason.

They didn't kill off Abby or Tony, although Tony's departure was for both happy and sad reasons. And Abby's was more for sad reasons. However, they were still alive.
They may not have died, but the departures were traumatic. Tony found out Ziva was dead and that he was a father, and Abby was the target of an attempt to kill her. Not her first, granted, but this time someone did die.

The Mummy trilogy is on TV this evening. I had forgotten that Maria Bello plays the part of Evie in the 3rd Mummy movie. I can't help but see her as Jack from NCIS playing this part in a movie.
Wow...I thought this week's episode was a bit sad. Talk about digging up ghosts! Not wanting to reveal too much...it seems that someone might still be with us.
