Well I haven't seen the promo yet. I was sayin' there wasn't anything in the current episodes, didn't think about the promo.



Anyways, this

Wendy that Dinozzo was supposedly going to marry, who is she? Was she ever mentioned before? I can't remember her being mentioned before.

AFAIK... there's been no mention of that person in the show... though i've not seen the Jag epi with the team that started the show off...

She might have been the music teacher Tony mentioned in "Boxed In" in season three. Tony told Ziva he knew how to play piano and that he had taken lessons from (I think he said an older) lady. Ziva asked if he was any good and Tony said "Yes, she was." And then quickly changed the subject.

And those of us on the west coast got ripped off! We didn't get the preview for next week.

Well from what I am remembering

Wendy was his High School music teacher, and she's been mentioned in passing, in the earlier seasons. I think it was in a conversation with Tony and Kate, so either season 1 or 2.

I do wonder what happened to make them break off the engagement. It pretty much turned Tony in to a night one stand kind of guy, from what I saw from Baltimore, they've must of been together for some time, so it must of broken his heart and not be able to commit to someone else in order of not getting his heart broken again. Or something happened to her and that became a way of cooping, but that's a lousy way, so I think more of the heartbreaking thing than something happening to her.

If they're showing Ziva in trouble then she's fine.... CBS are good enough to be able to twist a promo to suggest one thing, then do another.

I bet (but I don't hope so) they will do the Tiva thing again where they seem to move closer to it, and everyone's wondering "will they or won't they" and then simply just move away from it. I don't see why they need to keep doing it. The story of a romantic interest for Tony and/or Ziva that gets story in the episodes before the finale, to then always go away in that finale or the first episode of the next season. This is getting kinda lame IMHO.

Otherwise I really enjoyed the episode, and I am very much looking forward to the finale.
