Help with Stargate comics?

I guess this has been covered before but I need help with this

I found this comic store which sells SG-1 comics but,
Here's a part of the list:

STARGATE SG1 POW WRAPAROUND CVR #3 (Of 3).

STARGATE SG1 POW #1 PLATINUM FOIL INCENTIVE (Net) <-- What's that net?

STARGATE SG1 FALL OF ROME PREQUEL WRAPAROUND CVR.

STARGATE SG1 FALL OF ROME ROYAL BLUE FOIL CVR #1 (OF 3)

What are all those royal blue foil etc. things? I mean there are at least 3 versions of each comic just with different "wraparounds etc." but the price goes from 5 to 100 €...Didn't find any mention of these on web. What's the deal?
