I prefer placing it between Broken Ties and Daedalus variations, but think it could be anywhere after Search and Rescue, and not after Ghost in the Machine. I had been considering changing my recommended placement of Continuum to right after The Seed. A while back I edited my original post to include up to season 1 of universe. I am glad this list I originally made to make it easier for me to keep track of which episodes are multi-part is being used by other people .

I don't think anybody can place the unreleased movies anywhere yet.
For all we know, Extinction could take place after season 2 of SGU, and Revolution could be immediately after Enemy at the Gate.
As for the webisodes... I think if you just watch one webisode after each episode, you'll be fine.
