    Exploring all of Atlantis

Has anybody else noticed that TPTB keep saying they have not yet explored all of Atlantis, yet in several episodes where they have the Wraith in the city they explicitly state that they have searched the entire city in an attempt to flush out all of the wraith?

How can we search all of the city when we are attempting to search for bad guys, yet then go on and say there are so many more sections we have not yet searched that may hold other technology?

That thread is more about searching Atlantis. My question is why do they keep saying they haven't searched it all yet when in others they say they have searched everywhere (ie when looking for bad guys )?

They didn't have to search the entire city to kill off all the Wraith. They had the life signs detector to show them where living things were where they weren't supposed to be.

Besides, there's a difference between searching and exploring.
