We can probably thanks Sci-Fi's selfishness for the 10 years though. The way they canceled it immediately after the 200th ep aired, makes me think the only reason they renewed for a 10th season is to get the 200 milestone.

Yeah, they were just after the record. Didn't care about the show, showed it no respect, and are now stuffing up their other shows like BSG, moving its timeslot about and all.

I hope the spin-off goes to another network

As do I! And one thing that really pi**es me off it that BSG got really cra**y ratings, worse than Sg1 and it got renewed. I HATE SCIFI!!!!!

I really hope the nex series airs on MGM's own channel. It should be up and running by then. That way they will have full control over the show. None of this interferring by the networks.
