All i can say about the opening credits for SG on sky is (well im ot really saying anything, but i am expressing something )

And if there are any James Bond fans accross the ocean the new guy playing him isnt very impressive!!(slightly off topic there!!)

Yes, here in Australia, we won't get it until about March 2006.

The only reason why we have the 10 second opening credits is so that sci-fi could fit in another 50 seconds of adverts!!

I was quite ticked about the reneging on the promise of full credits by SKY. But I think it was naive to expect they'd be any less greedy than SciFi when it came to cramming in some more ad time. I mean...it's SKY. Let's face it. Viewers are well down their list of important people. Ad revenue is king.

They're still gits though. Definitely.

Guess we'll have to wait for the DVDs to get the full experience.

Well I'm still waiting for a reply about the Science of Stargate programme that I sent a while back (well a few days...) and from what I've heard, if you email, don't hold your breath

I would like to point out that the Canadians didnt get the new intros, until a few episodes in, also sky may be powerless to change it, as they probaly show what they are given by MGM/Sony/Sci-Fi. My feeling is that if it isnt there when Carter returns to (905) then we may be right to get mad,
Anyway we know that the second half is going to have them so what ever happens we will see them before the Americans but my betting is either after Avalon and Origin or Beachead +
