he's mentioned rdanderson.com in several interviews and even suggested fans go there. (You can probably do a google search to find the actual interviews, I'm not promoting anyone in particular.) RDA also sends announcements and pics to the site. It's clear from the "Notes from Rick" section that he's involved, even if it's not "official."Comment
