Okay. This isn't a 'who has the second gate and who has the Giza gate?' question so you can stop sweating.
My question is why do we have 2 gates?
Did the 2 gates just arrive for no apparent reason. Or is there some reason like, the goa'uld realised that they couldn't gate to Earth because the Giza gate had been shut-down, so they came in ships and placed another one here and just for sh*ts and giggles, decided to put it in Antarctica.
Which gate was first here? Did they bring the giza gate here, because all the jaffa that they sent through ended up in Antarctica or did they bring the antarctic gate here just for a laugh?
