Regular Atlantis would be Ford, I like his attitude.
Guest SG-1 would be Ba'al.
Guest Atlantis would be either Colonel Sumner or that general dude from the Genii'Nou ani anquietus' - 'We are the Ancients:’ teachers of roads and builders of the 'gate.

My favourite characters in SG-1 would be Daniel and Jack (plus Walter!), in Atlantis, McKay and Sheppard. But they all make the shows worthwhile together, and I wouldn't want to lose any of them.
