Apophis's Super Ship- Upgrades and exodus

Well I never really thought much of the ship in Upgrades because I thought all the spinny bits where part of it but it appears the base was in pyramid base of his ship exodus.

I was wondering if this was correct?

I think so. He was building a super ship. we blew it up so he built another one somewhere else with the same plans.
