In Unnatural Selection, when Prometheus was going through the time dilation field, shouldn't have when the Prometheus was half way or less through, the part of the ship in the bubble would have sped up without the other part, and broke off or stretched and broke?

I think the time dilation field was off by that point. Otherwise, decades would have past on Earth while they were on the mission.

something was wrong by that time and time had already sped up. besides it's possible that due to the massiveness of the field, the transition was much smoother

Its also possible that since Thor took them there he gave them a way to get through the field without the damage happening like some kind of time dampening field that only surrounded the ship and the reason that we couldn't use it in the ep where shep gets caught in the ascension village is because of the dif in tech levels or types
