has anyone ever played the xbox 360 game 'time shift"? because then you know what suit im talking about.

a time suit that allows the user to slow down time, stop it, and slightly reverse it but only for a short burst that gives you a pretty good advantage.

and the suit has an AI that gives you up to the second tactical reports and suggestions and if we threw in an ancient personal shield that thing would be unstopable.

Yeah one of the biggest plotholes in Stargate is that, they flying with uber-spaceships equiped with technologies far beyond Earth current tech(in real life), but they don't really developed any equipment for their infranty.

indeed, their infantery weapons and clothing should have had several updates up to now (they upgraded their armor once, to withstand staff blasts, but that was the only time and we never really saw that in combat, we saw it being tested and that was it)

as for having destroyed the facilities that produced these armors and having killed the Kull-Warriors themselves: It is said in the show that the kull scattered (they really needed Anubis controlling mind) but are still around.
As for the destroyed facilities: We have at least one complete armor in our posession! (the one they got from the kull they camptured in order to find out where he came from) so analyzing it and reproducing parts of it (exoskeletton, energy/weapon deflection and so on) should not be that hard

as for reversing time or slowing it: That would be kind of cool (combine it with "my" upgrades from above and you have an unstoppable soldier .....on the other hand: Playing with time is a) dangerous (ok not so much if you only reverse minutes/seconds) b) costs a whole lot of power

It not have to be a "replication" of the Kull Warrior Suit.
Military researchers says that nanotechnology could give a big jump for the infranty armors.
During the years the SGC have get a lot of knowledge about nanotechnology so they could use it to build new kind of combat suits.
