Actually, we don't know that. There's no evidence that she was any closer to ascension than the Lanteans were (in fact, she should be less, because she was born in the Milky Way before they left for Pegasus).

RIDICULOUS. yes, the wraith are in a civil war, and there isnt enough food, bla bla bla bla. i know, its logical. but the ancients look like humans with a few too many fancy toys. arcturus anyone? scale it down, and go annihilate that big wraith fleet in orbit. subspacetab anyone? with atlantis under permanent siege, you dont have to worry about the excess energy. imo, ASGARD reign surpreme, not ancients.
Its your opinion but do we have to hear it all the time. The Asgard have one good thing, the beams don't get so hyped up about them.
Robert Jastrow (self-proclaimed agnostic): "For the scientist who has lived by his faith in the power of reason, the story ends like a bad dream. He has scaled the mountains of ignorance; he is about to conquer the highest peak; as he pulls himself over the final rock, he is greeted by a band of theologians who have been sitting there for centuries."

Especially since the Ancient versions are better, oh wait, the blueprints mysteriously got deleted from the database.

What's interesting is that in BAMSR the beams can destroy Aurora class ships with drones, ZPMs and everything while in Revelations a couple of Anubis' ships destroyed an Asgard mothership and later in Lost City his entire fleet was ripped apart by drones. Speaking of continuity...

Indeed. I miss the good old times when the Ancients where lords of galaxies, gatebuilders and the greatest species to have ever travelled the stars. Now they're just some pathetic humans with just a few powers and some fancy tech which sucks *****.
