The structures are literally apples and oranges, and the obvious lack of any activity on the planet safe some dark storms and AIs living into walls is all you get. Agnos... is just Agnos. Just look at the videos, or artwork, it's totally different.

The story goes; when the Lanteans returned to the Milky Way after their war with the Wraith, that some ancients stayed on Earth, and others left Earth to do their own thing, like ascend.
Agnos, according to the game developers, is a planet where the ancients went to ascend. There they built this massive computer in order to help them ascend. Once these ancients ascended, the computer took over the planet and has become a sort of living entity itself.

This reminded me of an episode of SG-1 from back in season four called Entity. In that episode, the SGC sends a M.A.L.P. to a world from the list of planets Jack O'Neill acquired from the Repository of Ancient Knowledge. Once the M.A.L.P. gets there, the SGC lose control of it and an "entity" sends a computer virus-like intelligence to the SGC to stop them from going to that planet, more or less.

So here are some pictures of both worlds:

While the two planets don't look identical, the thing to remember is that the episode Entity premiered 3 years before Atlantis was around.

My conclusion: Agnos and the world from Entity are one and the same. The game producers have retconned the look in order to make it more familiar to current StarGate fans.

      What do you guys think?

Ha, this guy needs Glasses but on saying that he's already making a right spectacle of himself lol

Agnos is supposed to be a previously undiscovered world.
Never, never, never believe any war will be smooth or easy...

... or that any man can measure the tides and hurricanes he will
        encounter on the strange journey.

        Spoiler:

        2 Cor. 10:3-5
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; )
        5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

They look kind of similar, though they aren't the same.

But to argue against the whole "radio waves won't harm ancient tech", maybe the ancients feared another sentient race of machines (see. Replicators) and built an obvious weakness into them.
          Disliked a recent episode?
Hate the current season Stargate Atlantis or SG1?
The writers killed off your favourite character?

Well suck it up Cupcake. It is only a Television Show.
