the replicator blocks them selves would have to make up the shield abd shield generators. They probably would upgrade the hyperdrive and stabilize it so they can travel in one trip rather than jumps. weapons probably would be enhanced even through wraith weapons were probably one of the most powerful pulse weapons in the series. sensors would probably be enhanced, and maybe they can increase power in the ship and the regeneration speed. But i agree if they can get a shield on the hive anything fighting them would be screwed.

Organic technology like a hive is something the replicators havent really run into, its new to them so they would probably really want it.
