In THEORY, but in SG they never showed this ability. First off, the Replicators will need to know the tech in order to replicate it and use it...They can't just make any weapon up out of nowhere.
I agree that they are the most dangerous ships out there. But not the most powerful.
1-2 beam hit or 1 Ori beam will 'destroy' the blobs ships we seen so far IMO. Of course they can never be truly destroyed with regular weapons. The Blob ships can also shoot shield bypassing (at least most shields, if not all shields) Rep bombs that infest ships.
So, the Blob ship is the most dangerous and are a threat to even the new 304's. Imagine a shield bypassing Rep bomb...But not the most powerful ships.

no, i'm talking about reaL blob ship made out of nanites completly. and as to the beam, the blob ship cam just make a hole in itself and let the bea, go though. it's like taking on the T1000. exept smarter.
