Travellers: maybe, but we don't know them that much yet. So let's just wait how our relationship will turn out with them.
Lucian Alliance: inviting a crime syndicate is not the best idea IMO.
Nox: we should try, however I doubt they will want to join such "youngsters" like us. Maybe as I suggested before ask them to be our advisors.
Weir and her replicators: we don't know if the Weir we saw in BAMSR is the real one or just a copy. We don't know is she's still a light-sider or a new villain.

I second that, this is not about who is the strongest, put about peaceful cooperation and scientific understanding with mutual defence-much like the Federation from Trek
