It would be awesome to see such
a craft as the F-305!
Here is my Microsoft Paint concept of
an F-305; a single-seat fighter that could maintain
a hyperspace jump longer with systems that stabilize
the naquadah. Feel free to take it and edit
it if you wish.
In addition to missiles...Last edited by Dark Falcon; 07 June 2006, 03:06 PM.sigpic

I don't think we should waste our time trying to build bigger capital ships because there is no way our tech can stand up against an Ori ship head on. Plus the BC-304, even though sucky compared to everything else, is a great accomplishment for Earth. So I think it’s a bit unrealistic for us to come up with an even bigger and better ship with our current tech...I guess the Asgard could soup up the 304s here and there but I'm thinking we won't see any other capital ship classes. So if there is going to be a 305 it should be an infantry transport that can cloak because it will be very helpful for the gorilla warfare kind of fighting that I think we will be seeing.

You know... considering we saved the Asgards little grey asses like 18 different times, you would think they could hook us up with something more than their old shield and hyperdrive technology. Why not give us an Old Beliskner class ship to study or something?
Ungrateful little buggars aren't they.

The only reason we would need to build bigger ships is if many advancements and upgrades come at us all at once. Such as an asgard power source, hatak energy weapons. Otherwise there is no need to waste more money and resources on building bigger capital ships because they will just get destroyed. This will just waste time, man-hours, money and resources.

i agree aswell and the BC 304's aren't crap , they jsut need better weapons and power source adnmaybe a few others thnigs but overall its good.

And it does look pretty nice, that scene of the Korolev dropping out of hyperspace behind Odyssey in Camelot was so sweet.

Spoiler:In s2 SGA ep. Allies, the two 302's that escorted the Wraith Scout Ship to Atlantis appeared to come to a near stop over the landing pad until the Wraith ship was down, and then flew away.
They slowed down and pulled up to escort the scout ship down, but they had to pull away and fly off before they stalled and crashed.
