Actually, no, Orlin said the Prior's life was like an Open Book to him, but still, it's probably the same with Daniel, and they probably know of Atlantis.

reasons for not attacking pegasus: not part of their story line, not that many humans left, somewhat powerful enemy in the wraith, tho im sure they would be wooped too...

Another good reason is because they wouldn't be able to defeat the Wraith, not in the position they are in the moment at least. The Wraith defeted the Lantians, they are a greater threat to the Ori than anything in the MW (for now) and the Ori want followers, if they decide to fight the Wraith then they would have to give up that (only way to defeat them completely would be to kill their food)
