I feel the same way too. Im not Russian, but my girl is and I've always had a respect and fascination for the 2 Asian powers of China and Russia. Yeah, I consider Russia to be Asiatic.

Anyhow, they pay for the same way the pay for the development of the Tupol lowflying and super-sonic ICBM. The Su-37 Berkut, the Ka-50 Hokum, the Type-95 tank, and many more.
