Yes, more than one I believe. The only one I vividly remember though is the one where the gate connected to a planet with a blackhole. The time-dialation effects caused it to remain open for an extremely long period of time from our inertial frame.

EDIT: Season 9 Beachhead also had the gate remain open more than 38 minutes.
