Channel in the U.S. That process, however, proved easier said than done.

"It took a little over nine hours," Momoa said. "It was painful, and I
didn't sleep for four days. I grew my hair out when I cut them, and
they braided it and sewed my old dreads back in. It looked great -- it
just took a long time."

Not only was the re-hairing process painstakingly long, but it was also
painful.

For the record I am not commenting on his weight and was merely paraphrasing what tmz said. I think it was highly inappropriate to call him fat since he had surgery on his feet and probably couldn't be as active as he was before. The video shows that he appears to still be limping.

Oh yes, realize that. TMZ has no class at all, but their reporters do seem scared to pick on RDA in person. Maybe they're afraid RDA will duct tape 'em to a lamp post

A neighbor recently leant me several seasons of "The Sopranos" on DVD (I was a poor college student with no HBO when it debuted, so I never got into it). I just finished the first season last night, so maybe I'm more excited than the average person to learn that "Puss" is involved with the movie shooting out at the ol' Southern Michigan Correctional Facility.


Holly Klaft, who wrote today's front-page story on the production, tells me that Vincent Pastore wasn't involved with the shoot yesterday. The actors on the set included NAACP Image Award-nominated writer-director-actor Reggie Gaskins and Carmen Argenziano, whose long list of screen credits include everything from "undercover wrestler" in "Caged Heat" to six recent episodes of "CSI: NY."

A heavily tattooed Jason Momoa was spotted arriving back at Vancouver airport
recently. He's been in town for several months working on the popular sci-fi
series Stargate Atlantis with Joe Flanigan and David Hewlett. Momoa and
girlfriend Lisa Bonet (The Cosby Show) have been seen in Yaletown and strolling
around town with their infant daughter Lola. Momoa, who was born in Hawaii, is
best known for his role in the TV series Baywatch.
