Yeah I downloaded this one a long time ago, it's not a bad ep, but not one of my favourites.

Yeah, I've got it downloaded as well. It's not the best, but it's not the worst either. I downloaded it with Heroes, Part 1 & 2 and Inauguration and I thought it was the worst out of those ones. What's Michael Shank's writing like?

His writing seems pretty good, but the ep didn't seem to get much interest from most people watching it, but I still haven't really read that much of it, just stood and stared at it for about 20 mins when it arrived.

Do you think you could scan one scene with that cover page so that we can see the writing for ourselves? Cause that would be pretty damn cool.

Yeah I can do that, I'm just about to head out tho, so it might not be till tomorrow some time, also I tried attaching an image to one of my posts earlier and it didn't want to work, so I may have to upload the files to my crap as geocities account and let you all look at them there.

Yeah, another signature would have been nice, but having the SG1 team sign it does seem pretty good, kinda like an exclusive sorta thing. MS is pretty good tho, i'm about to be caned for saying that, but I think he is a good character he does add some annoying stuff to the series but he interestes me for some reason.

Why would you be caned for saying that?

I love Daniel...almost as much as O'Neill

Well when I first saw that ep, it left me kind of "blaaaah", but I wasn't sure why.

There were a couple of places where it got too talky, where a shot of something other than a talking head would have been good. But apart from that, it was an awesome idea, great concept.

BUT the good news is....I watched it again just recently and REALLY enjoyed it. It's like not thinking about it for a few months, then going back to it, did something. The creepy scientist didn't seem as over-the-top for a start.

I was really engrossed in it this time around, so I'm thinking maybe it's just a case of getting used to the different writing and shooting style? It just had a different 'beat' about it.

So my recommendation is that you all go watch it again and see what you think.

I thought that scientist guy was over-the-top as well. It reminded me of some movie, especially the way Tapping shot it as well.

I can't really remember that much about that episode, the scientist guy sounds familiar but I can't really remember that much, I must watch it again.

Hahaha, not a bad idea, i'll do both, then I can find out what might have changed, I actually looked a bit harder at it today and says it is a 'pink draft' whatever that means.

Also just so you are all aware I managed to get the scanner to finally pick up the signatures and I am now working on the web page that I will probably end up posting them on, it should be up tomorrow, I just hope my geocities account won't deactivate due to too much traffic.

If they do shut it down, then i'll just have to move it over to my server, but that would take a while to arrange.

Also I only have two images the front cover and a page that I picked randomly so that you have an idea of what it looks like through the rest of the script.

I think Green is the final draft, so you might have something that differs from the finished product.
