Stargate SG1 and Atlantis novel timelines?

In what order can you put the SG1 and Atlantis novels in tandem with the tv series episodes?

e.g. Sacrifice Moon would take place in between Children Of The Gods and Emancipation as it says in the synopsis:

Colonel Jack O'Neill leads the newly commissioned SG-1 on their first mission through the Stargate, to a seemingly peaceful world that harbors a dark secret.

    SG1 Novels:

Trial by Fire - one of early seasons
Sacrifice Moon - Between "Enemy Within" and "Emancipation"
A Matter of Honor, and The Cost of Honor, Season 7, but refer back to Season 2, A Matter of Time
Children of the Gods - late Season 5
    Siren Song - Season 4
Survival of the Fittest - late Season 5
    Alliances - Season 4
    Roswell - Season 10
    Relativity - Season 7
The Barque of Heaven - Season 3, after "Deadman's Switch"
Do No Harm - likely Season 3 or 4
    Hydra - not sure
    Valhalla - Season 7
The Power Behind the Throne - not sure
Four Dragons - Season 7, shortly after Daniel returned to earth
Sunrise - Season 4 - shortly after "Beneath the Surface"
    Transitions - early Season 9
Ocean's of Dust - Season 4, after "Upgrades"
    Heart's Desire - late Season 3
The Drift - late Season 8, shortly after "Affinity"
Moebius Squared - Season 11, if there had been one

They were published in the order shown here, but take place all throughout the series. They don't have to be read in any particular order.

      Angelus - S4
      Nightfall - S4
      Dead End - S3
      Hunt and Run - S5

Transitions takes place at the beginning of SG1's 9th Season, but before Cam makes an appearance, and Landry hasn't taken over the SGC yet.

However, the author either deliberately or negligently put the SGA part of the story toward the end of Season 2, after "Grace Under Pressure". Which sort of throws the whole continuity off. No idea why she did that.

Heart's Desire goes late in season 3 not long after Sha're's death, cause that's Daniel's big emotional issue. His heart's desire is to have Sha're back!

I swapped Nightfall and Angelus around in the list of Atlantis books, because it seems Angelus is before Nightfall. I'm currently reading Nightfall, before Angelus, but there's mention of Angelus, so I'm taking that to mean it's before Nightfall.

As soon as I have all of the currently released Atlantis books, I'm totally going to read them all in the right order. For now though I'm reading them out of order, cause next on my list is Blood Ties, which is S3. I wish there were more S4 books, because that's my favorite season.
