In fairness to DST the red jaffa DID NOT have red serpent helmets in the show.

But Daniel not packaged with a vest?

I'm another person who did that. I only needed the black ops O'Neill for the UPC originally. However, I've gotten good use out of him by giving his vest to Daniel. I've also taken his half-finger gloved hands and switched them with Colonel O'Neill since he was almost always wearing those gloves with his OD green uniform as well.

I thought DST just colored a picture of a regular serpent helmet Jaffa. I honestly thought there were no red snake head Jaffa. Oh well.
