    Prefered DVD Menus? SG1 S8 or SGA S1?

    I liked the menus from SGA myself.

        Depends, I don't know if these are what's in use on the DVDs everywhere else...

        The UK SGA S1 DVDs had a pretty smart Heads-Up Display type menu, which I thought was quite cool.

        The SG1 S8 one was an animation of Gen O'Neill's desk, which I thought took rather a long time to load, and didn't look that spectacular.

            Why weren't those on the Region 1 DVDs. Man, does the U.K. have better DVDs than we do.

            And thank god we have a better BSG dvd collection than the UK does.

              I take it the US ones are like the fugly one that was on the Rising DVD?

                No, we have to same titles as we had on all the previous SG-1 DVDs.

                  Not seen, but it sounds a little crappy to have the same thing that's been there for all the previous years... What are the SGA ones like?

                        I got my SGA DVD set today (region 1) to review. I'll see what they look like.

                        i also would like to know why the UK DVDs have such awesomeness? Why do ours suck? Crappy menus. Edited Threads, on latest season. I'm pissed.
