actually the real reason is that the asgard cc is big, and you cant just say to the core "create a powersource for atlantis". you need to give proper instructions. and there is a limit to what the CC can make in terms of size. otherwise the asgard wouldve made oneills by billions. the most likely assumption is that a device creates the parts, and asgard drones put them together to create an oneill.Comment
