Sorry to be so obtuse, but either the clue is in the pictures (such as Dean wearing his ring, or Bobby not wearing his cap), or you need to know what eps they're from because the same thing happened in each one.

Dean is in all of them, but I guess that's too obvious.

Dean's wearing a suit in two, but not the third.
Dean's away from Sam in two, but not the third.
Dean's dealing with crooked police officers in two, possibly all three, but I can't tell since I don't know what ep the third one is from.

So, I got nuthin'.
