I´m not sure if this one is Bullseye too. On naamiaiset´s list he´s referred to as Billy. He was on the Primary´s hive and he has a tattoo on his forehead.

I think you're right about that being Billy. Billy was in The Queen and First Contact while Bullseye was in First Contact and The Lost Tribe.

I'll have to sort through screen caps again.
