You voted out Westworld?!?!? - that's another classic. Yul Brynner was a great villian, and then there's the scene where he gives water to the lady on the rack only to have the electricity react and he realizes she's a robot, and then he's trying to hid and he hears his heartbeat, and the scene with the acid. Sorry - just rambling stream. You are missing out on a great movie.

And while Escape from New York may not be the greatest, I live far from Hollywood so to have a movie filmed in my area that people actually know is kind of cool.

Am I the only one who really liked The Arrival? I thought it was pretty good and it had a bit of a different take on the whole "aliens take over the earth" plot. The special effects were good, the plot was interesting, the acting wasn't bad. It's one I always re-watch when it comes on TV.
