Yeah, so do I. I recently picked up Dark Angel after watching a couple of eps 7 years ago. Really glad I did. It's my newest favorite SF series. Too bad really that it got canceled after the second season. I love the avatar, but I couldn't resist the new Jewel Staite picture on Twitter. Had to use it as my avatar. It's such a lovely picture. Maybe Jessica Alba (Max) will return later.

I've been a Dark Angel fan since it premiered, just love the concept of the show. Ya, unfortunately it was cancelled way before it's time I'd love to see a DA movie that would resolve the story...

Yeah a movie would be awesome. Or just a third season, although that might be very very very unlikely, unrealistic. There are the two books following up on the end of season two, of course. They are nice to read for a fan, like me, to know how the story resolves, but otherwise they are disappointing. Drop me an e-mail if you're interested in those. I wish I could listen to the commentary of the last episode, Freak Nation, 'cause I've heard that TPTB comment on season three, the cancellation, and the resolving of the story. Maybe later.

Yeah chances are really slim to none. Which is too bad really. I think a Dark Angel movie, if done right, has a lot of potential, not to mention that lots of people would see it. It's a James Cameron project after all. And it would be awesome for the DA fans to have some real, good, canon resolution. Besides, I'd love to see Jessica Alba again in her role as Max. Her best role so far IMHO.

Supposedly there should be commentaries on the DVDs, but like you said, with the DVDs that you have they aren't present. They aren't present on my DVDs either. And just buying a new box set while I already have just got one, just for the one commentary on that one episode... Nah...

I actually sold my BSG season 2 DVD set(UK) to get the American one cause it has about 5 times the extras of the british one...
