I think everything will be okay between them as long as Weir isnt making a "military" decision. They are both strong women but Sam is more comfortable with who she is. Weir imo is out of her depth with most events in Atlantis.
That's what I would like to see. I wanted, and was slightly disappointed when they didn't, have more interaction between the two in The Pegasus Project. I think they'll get along. But, that would be too boring. Being a writer myself and now from experience, that conflict is waaaaaaay more interesting and entertaining.
I'm having trouble picturing the interaction between the two. When she was in charge of the SGC, they didn't have many scenes together. I like to think that it would be a bit more relaxed than how it was before because Weir has loosened up after being in command of the Atlantis expedition for several years and having to deal with Sheppard.
Well I'm not sure we'll have any Sam/Elizabeth scenes but I'd love to see them working together, mend the fences between them. Sam nearly blackmailed Elizabeth in New Order and things were a little tense between them.
I'd love to see scenes with both of them also because they are two strong women with a different background (well as far as we know) so I bet any kind of relationship between them should be interesting.
I'd love them trying to build some kind of friendship like Elizabeth did with Teyla. They could after all, as long as they know where they both stand.
