I am just starting to miss the old days when the main reason for this thread was to lure the "Newbs" into the forum for purely cannabalistic reasons for mainly a fun weekend BBQ, now we seem to have side tracked that for this needless bickering.

Well, for one, the newb ought to know how they will be prepared for the barbecue in case he's allergic to something. For example, SQ would no doubt want a side order of nuts, and the newb might have an allergy to peanuts.

Hi folks! I'm back in the fandom world after a long while. I've been rereading my old Stargate fanfiction (some of which is embarrassingly poorly written and some of which still gets me excited years later) after stumbling across the new podcast. I am so excited to know that Gateworld has been going strong since I left. <3
